On October 2, 2022, we invite you to participate in an Old-Timey Dress Up Sunday. Ladies are invited to wear hats and gloves, and men are invited to wear wide ties.

On October 9, we will celebrate not only our Homecoming but our 200th Year Anniversary of the first organized Methodist Church in Rogersville.

God's Hands Ministry Event: Day of Kindness

We started out quite a bit sunnier this year! It was a beautiful day to have our Change the World Through Kindness event on Saturday, May 18. Our Kindness Teams went out to do various projects in the Community, and the Youth & Children offered car washes at the church. What a beautiful day to serve others and to serve the Lord!

Join us for an exciting time this year at Rogersville First United Methodist VBS! 5:30-8:00 pm with evening meal served nightly. Can't make it by 5:30? Adult meal begins at 6:00 with Adult classes at 6:30! Send us a message to check out the full schedule. And don't forget our special Guest Speaker on Tuesday who will speak in the Sanctuary at 7:00! We can't wait to see you there!

If you are looking for ways to celebrate this blessed Easter Season, look no further! There are many ways to join in fellowship! We hope to see you there!

Good Friday Service--March 30 @ 7 PM: Join us for our Good Friday worship service. It’s a special one in which we darken and drape the sanctuary gradually while we read scripture in remembrance of the crucifixion. Our choir members have been working hard to bring an arrangement of “Were You There?” to the end of the service. Easter is such a joyous day, but we couldn’t get to Sunday without Friday.
Egg Hunt--Saturday, March 31 @ 2-4 PM: Join us for fellowship and a good time with this year's Annual Easter Egg Hunt! There will be egg coloring, egg hunting, and lots of fun! Bring your family and friends for a Blessed time!
Sunrise Service @ Ebbing & Flowing Spring UMC--Sun., April 1 @ 6 AM: There isn’t a more beautiful place to stand with others and sing “Up from the grave He arose!” while seeing the sun rise over the graves and daffodils and remembering what a wonderful morning it was when Jesus gave us hope by conquering the grave! If you can't make it to this service, remember the many other Sunrise Services held across our county! We are sure that you'll find many very special gatherings.
Easter @ Rogersville First UMC--Sun., April 1 @ 11 AM: Join us on Easter for a time of fellowship and remembrance of our Savior's death and resurrection bringing salvation and hope!
Revival/Renewal Service @ Ebbing & Flowing Spring UMC--April 1-4 Nightly at 6:30 PM: Guest Evangelist will be Hugh Alan Hale with Special Singing. All are welcome!
