Please join us this October as we celebrate our heritage and Homecoming! On October 2, 2022, we invite you to participate in an Old-Timey Dress Up Sunday. Ladies are invited to wear hats and gloves, and men are invited to wear wide ties. On October 9, we will celebrate not only our Homecoming but our 200th Year Anniversary of the first organized Methodist Church in Rogersville. Join the Chorus! We’re so excited about this year’s Vacation Bible School! We’re looking forward to the abundant and transformative power of God’s Love and Grace! Join us on Sunday-Thursday, July 7-11, at Rogersville First United Methodist Church for VBS where each night we will follow the stories of people who received answers and promises FAR BEYOND what they could have asked or hoped for! Join us as we retell these stories and share some of God’s amazing handiwork! Choose the number of "tickets" you need for your family, and then fill out the guest information on each "ticket." Your "ticket" will be available at our VBS registration desk starting on July 7th! We started out quite a bit sunnier this year! It was a beautiful day to have our Change the World Through Kindness event on Saturday, May 18. Our Kindness Teams went out to do various projects in the Community, and the Youth & Children offered car washes at the church. What a beautiful day to serve others and to serve the Lord!  It's sure to be a great night! Bring a friend!  Experience the Ride of a Lifetime with God! VBS is off to a "rapid" start! We've been learning lots of great music! If you want to practice or listen to some of the songs we've been learning (plus a few more really good ones!), then tune in here! But join us at VBS to learn our special hand motions for these great songs!
Join us for an exciting time this year at Rogersville First United Methodist VBS! 5:30-8:00 pm with evening meal served nightly. Can't make it by 5:30? Adult meal begins at 6:00 with Adult classes at 6:30! Send us a message to check out the full schedule. And don't forget our special Guest Speaker on Tuesday who will speak in the Sanctuary at 7:00! We can't wait to see you there!  Community Prayer is hosted each week on Mondays at 7 PM at a different Rogersville church. Join us at Rogersville First United Methodist Church on May 21 as Terri and Barbi Franklin lead us in prayer. We hope to see you there!  The Community Prayer group meets every Monday at 7 PM at a different location within town.
